The Strategic Investment team seeks opportunities based on the following criteria:
- Targeting retail or mixed-use assets 350,000 square feet or larger
- Locations in major metropolitan markets and dominant locations in secondary markets
- Focused on power centers, enclosed malls, lifestyle centers and mixed-use properties
- Acquisition, joint venture and recapitalization potential
Recent projects include The Kenwood Collection, a 520,000-square-foot mixed-use development adjacent to Kenwood Towne Centre in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio, and The Shoppes at Parma, one of Northeast Ohio’s largest retail complexes located eight miles southwest of downtown Cleveland, which includes a power center, strip center, outparcels and a four-story office building.
